Please read this document carefully before using spd88's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on spd88. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
- You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- You must notify spd88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing misleading information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All transactions on the spd88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method in their own name. spd88 does not accept third-party payments.
Deposit
Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within a timeframe that varies depending on your chosen payment method. spd88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests can only be processed once your account has been fully verified. spd88 reserves the right to request additional identification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit unless otherwise stated. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the method selected.
Cancellations & Refunds
Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. All deposits used for wagering are non-refundable. In the event of a verifiable technical error on spd88's part, the platform reserves the right to correct any affected accounts at management's discretion.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property Rights
Spd88 Liability Limits
Spd88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, service disruptions due to technical issues, or data loss. spd88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Spd88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform unlawfully. Upon legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned following the completion of an investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the spd88 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of spd88 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from spd88.

5. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the spd88 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
